What is included in the rental price?

The apartment price includes accommodation and the use of all its facilities and services

How is payment made, and what are the options?

Payment can be securely made through our website at the time of booking, using credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). If you need an invoice, please indicate this when making the reservation or during check-in.

Are there any additional charges?

No, there are no additional charges unless you request extra services or check-in/check-out outside the standard hours. Any additional costs will be clearly communicated before confirmation.

What are the check-in and check-out times, and how does the process work?

Standard check-in is between 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. If you need to adjust these times, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

Is there a cancellation policy?

The cancellation and prepayment conditions may vary depending on the type of accommodation.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments to ensure comfort and cleanliness for all guests.
